Hospital/Hotel Delivery
We are happy to ship a gift basket to a hospital or to a hotel guest. Please keep in mind, however, that hospital stays are shorter than you may think, and hotel guests may leave earlier than planned. The responsibility of Well Baskets ends once the package reaches the hospital/hotel.
If the patient has been discharged prior to their receiving the package or hotel guests have checked out, most hospitals and hotels will refuse the delivery and send the package back to us. If this occurs, we will contact you for a home address. Any additional costs incurred by Well Baskets for refused packages and/or to redirect a package will be charged to your account--no exceptions.

Remember that ANY healthy gift basket can be decorated for ANY occasion!
Basket will be decorated with YOUR recipient/occasion in mind!
Unforeseen high demands may occasionally necessitate an item substitution in a basket. The substitution will always be of equal or greater value. In addition, we reserve the right to suspend the shipping of chocolate when temperatures could cause melting. Typically we substitute other products for chocolate from May-September, but unusually warm weather my necessitate substitutions at other times of the year. Please contact us if you need additional information.
