Lost/Late Packages

If your package does not arrive as expected or appears to be lost in transit, send an email to shipping@wellbaskets.com. Be sure to include your name and order number.

We stand by our delivery guarantees, so, if your package is late due to an error by our company or a carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS), we will issue a refund. If your package is lost, we will send a replacement or issue a refund depending on the situation. Please note, however, that if a package is late due to circumstances beyond our or carrier control (weather, catastrophes, or other extreme conditions), we will be unable to issue a refund. Thank you for your understanding.

Unforeseen high demands may occasionally necessitate an item substitution in a basket. The substitution will always be of equal or greater value. In addition, we reserve the right to suspend the shipping of chocolate when temperatures could cause melting. Typically we substitute other products for chocolate from May-September, but unusually warm weather my necessitate substitutions at other times of the year. Please contact us if you need additional information.
