Return Policy

Incorrect/Incomplete Orders
If you receive an incorrect product item or an incomplete order, please send an email to our customer service department within one week for resolution. Please make certain that you have included your name and order number. At the discretion of Well Baskets, we will issue a full or partial refund or replacement for errors made by our company.

Returns
Baskets containing food items cannot be returned. All other products must be returned within 30 calendar days. Merchandise must be in saleable condition and marked with a return authorization number obtained by sending an email to customerservice@wellbaskets.com. All returns are subject to a 15% fee for labor and restocking. Please note that we cannot accept merchandise that has been opened or used. PLEASE NOTE THAT SALE ITEMS AND SEASONAL MERCHANDISE ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
